ORDERS
Balloons and Balloon Decor are custom made and require time and detail to create. To insure Balloons and Balloon Decor are delivered in a timely matter, all orders must be placed 10 days prior to delivery/event date. Some Balloon Decor may be delivered within 5-7 days. Pastel, satin, or metallic colors may require 7-10 day notice. Please refer to each item's information section.
DELIVERY
Deliveries are made to Aurora, IL and its surrounding cities within 65 miles. Deliveries are made Saturdays and Sundays 7 am- 4 pm, but not limited to any other day in the week.
No minimum purchase for deliveries up to 5 miles, free delivery
$100 minimum purchase for deliveries 5-10 miles, $15 delivery fee if minimum not met
$200 minimum purchase for deliveries 10-20 miles, $25 delivery fee if minimum not met
$300 minimum purchase for deliveries 20-30 miles, $35 delivery fee if minimum not met
$400 minimum purchase for deliveries 36-50 miles, $50 delivery fee if minimum not met
$500 minimum purchase for deliveries 50-65 miles, $75 delivery fee if minimum not met
Delivery fee is waived on all orders that meet minimum purchase
INSTALLMENT FEE
The installment fee is $15. This fee only applies to balloon garland 42 in - 9 ft and balloon decor that is required to be hung from the wall. The reach limit from the floor to the ceiling is 8 feet. Push pin hooks or command hooks and ribbon are used to hang balloon garland and/or balloon decor. The hanging area must be clear and free of any and all obstacles before arrival of balloon garland and/or balloon decor.
REMOVAL FEE
The removal fee is $25. This fee only applies to hanging balloon garland, balloon columns, or free standing balloon garland
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
Balloons and balloon décor are not toys. Balloons and balloon décor should not be handled by any child without adult supervision. Balloons and balloon décor will pop if expose to extreme heat or punctured with sharp object. Popped Balloons are a chocking hazard. Air-filled latex balloons can last for several days. Disturbing position of balloons and balloon decor can affect performance.
REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS
100% payment refund on orders cancelled 7 days prior to delivery/event date. 25% of payment will be withheld on orders cancelled 3 days prior to delivery/event date. No refund offered if cancelled on/after delivery/event date. Deposits are non-refundable if final payment is not received by the due date.
